House Rules
Anyone entering the tennis hall area acknowledges that they are bound by these regulations and must comply with them in full!
- The User may use the tennis court only during the booked time frame and only at his/her own risk! Arrival is possible at the earliest 10 minutes before the booked session, while ensuring not to disturb the play of those using the court before you. Everyone must leave the tennis hall at the latest 20 minutes after the end of the booked session. The time before or after the booked hour can only be spent in the changing rooms or in the lobby.
- Everyone is obliged to hand over the tennis court to the next Users at exactly on the hour!
- All persons on the tennis court area must take care to protect the court and keep the environment clean.
- Only clean tennis shoes, sneakers, trainers or gym shoes, put on on-site and without leaving any marks, are allowed on the court! The use of any kind of cleats is PROHIBITED!
- NO inappropriate equipment is allowed on the court, such as bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, etc., which could damage the court!
- The operator of the court cannot be held responsible for any accidents or sports injuries that may occur!
- Any damage caused to the tennis hall or to any part of the private property surrounding the tennis hall must be compensated by the person who caused the damage (the parent in the case of a minor child)!
- Pets are NOT allowed on the court area!
- NO smoking, and consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances in the entire tennis hall area!
- NO chewing gum or littering on the court area!
- NO fragile objects, stabbing or cutting tools are allowed on the court!
- The tennis rackets and tennis balls are not part of the court. The playing equipment must be provided by the Users.
- Users are allowed to use the radio and fridge in the lobby for their intended purpose.
- It is strictly FORBIDDEN and dangerous to open and reach into the switch cabinets in the lobby. Neither the Service Provider nor the Owner can be held liable for accidents resulting from the violation of safety regulations.
- The use of the referee’s chair placed next to the tennis court is FORBIDDEN due to the risk of falling, and the Service Provider shall not be liable for any accidents resulting from the violation of this prohibition.
- The light switches are located in the lobby, it is up to the User to switch the lights on and off, and everyone can adapt their use to their own needs.
- The cooling and heating air conditioners are centrally controlled, and their programming is not accessible to the Users.
- The car park, the entrance, the lobby and the entire area of the hall, with the exception of the changing rooms, are equipped with CCTV cameras. All persons entering the tennis hall give their consent to be recorded on the cameras.
- In the lobby there are lockable lockers with camera surveillance, which can be used freely. The keys MUST NOT be taken out of the building, they must always be left in the lock after the locker has been emptied!
- The operator of the tennis court is not responsible for any valuables left in the tennis hall (including the lockers in the lobby)!
- The equipment in the tennis hall is the property of the Service Provider.
- Before you leave, make sure you don’t leave anything in the tennis hall and check that you have turned off all the lights and radios!
- It is FORBIDDEN to place advertisements in the whole area of the tennis hall without prior consultation!
ANYONE WHO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE HOUSE RULES OF THE TENNIS COURT MAY BE BANNED FROM USING THE COURT TEMPORARILY OR IN SERIOUS CASES PERMANENTLY, AND MAY BE EXPELLED FROM THE COURT!
Not being familiar with the house rules of the tennis court does not exempt anyone from following the rules and from the consequences of breaking them!
